Shipping Zones & Methods:
We ship to residential & business addresses in all states across Australia, via Australia Post or a designated courier service. We ship internationally to residential and business addresses using the Australia Post ‘International Standard’ shipping method.
For security purposes and as a protection to our customers, we will not ship orders unless all billing information is correct. Please make certain that the billing information you have provided exactly matches your credit card issuing bank’s records. Verification and order processing normally takes one business day.
Processing Time:
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of following business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday or by close of business Tuesday.
General Delivery Times:
Australia Post Parcel services & all courier services used by Steam Ahead Publishing deliver Monday through Friday.
Ground Delivery:
Steam Ahead Publishing only uses Australia Post as a carrier for both domestic & international direct to consumer orders. Steam Ahead Publishing is not responsible for the safety of your package after it has been delivered by the carrier. It is estimated that all Australian domestic merchandise packages will be received by the customer within five (5) to ten (10) business days of the goods being sent from our distribution warehouse.
For large shipments and heavy orders, Steam Ahead Publishing use reliable and trusted courier companies.
Steam Ahead Publishing applies weight based shipping charges to all international shipments, whilst domestic shipping charges are set at a flat rates.
Weight based shipping rates (applicable to International orders only) are based on:
- product weight
- packaging dimensions
- delivery destination
Refused Shipments:
If you refuse a shipment from Steam Ahead Publishing, you are responsible for original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Steam Ahead Publishing. This amount will be deducted from your order.
Returned Shipments:
If your order is returned due to undeliverable shipping address, you are responsible for original shipping charge, any Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Steam Ahead Publishing. This amount will be deducted from your order.
